Technique
We prioritize teaching our students proper technique to use their instrument in the most effective way. Technique sets the foundation for excellence.
Literacy
Students are taught how to read various forms of music: Formal notation, chord charts, lead sheets, and the Nashville number system. This way, they are able to play and sing in many different musical settings.
Versatility
Our students enjoy a variety of musical genres. They like pop music, musical theatre, Christian worship, rock, country, jazz, and more. While we help steward them in the styles they are most passionate about, we also help them gain competency in other areas so that they are versatile.
Performance
Our students work towards quarterly recitals where they perform solo and with others. We believe performance is a key aspect of being a musician. We also provide master classes and workshops to help further develop the students abilities.
